To help us do this, we have created a management system that covers all aspects of safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ). It is applied to all Group sites across the globe for the benefit of our customers, our employees and the general public. Our safety goals are defined in our SHEQ policy.

Linde Management System & Standards (LIMSS)
We have established the Linde Management System and Standards (LiMSS) programme, a global system for managing our activities and promoting continuous improvement. These standards define the procedures and guidelines for operational processes and activities. They meet external requirements such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 as well as legal specifications and European directives (e.g. REACH and GHS) and beyond. LiMSS helps us to raise SHEQ standards throughout the company.
